As the world's eighth largest iron ore producer, Canada is expected to become a hot spot for high-quality iron ore mining and the establishment of direct reduced iron (DRI) capacity to support green steel production. It is understood that Canada is currently promoting a number of iron ore development projects, but the construction plan of DRI plant has not been followed up.
